The room was spacious and bright and offered central heating, TV set, and a mini bar fridge. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with hypo-allergenic pillows. Its location was particularly good, in a quiet street. There was a nice restaurant not very far from the hotel: )

The continental breakfast was "exquisite", couldn't get enough of those stale croissants. The location was perfect, nothing like a noisy residential area for a peaceful stay. The free WiFi was a treat, spent hours trying to get a decent signal.
Such a shame the beds were as comfortable as laying on a pile of rocks.

The room was absolutely cozy, with all the necessary amenities like a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a fridge. I really loved the comfortable bed and the flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Rome. It felt like a home away from home!
Personally, I would have preferred if the room had a balcony. But hey, that's just me.

I really think I got great value for my money at this Luxury Boutique hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient and the staff treated me like a VIP.
The only thing I wish could have been better was the breakfast choices. It would have been nice to see a bit more variety in the morning.

The room was super clean and incredibly comfortable, with an amazing air conditioner to beat the scorching 90-degree heat. The breakfast cart had a jaw-dropping variety of options and the mini refrigerator was a real godsend for morning beverages. Renata went above and beyond by arranging a taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this fantastic boutique hotel in a quiet and convenient location, and I can't wait to stay here again!

The room was spacious and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. Renata and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The owner's personal call to check on our satisfaction was a thoughtful touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Vaticana and Ottaviano metro station. The hotel's terrace offered a quiet and relaxing spot to unwind. The reception was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast, delivered to our room each morning, was a delightful start to the day. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were commendable, with fresh towels and amenities provided daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing much-needed relief during a hot summer stay. Parking options in front of the hotel made our stay even more convenient. All in all, our stay at this boutique hotel exceeded our expectations, thanks to the superb hospitality and outstanding facilities. We will definitely be back for another visit in the future.

Our room at the Luxury Boutique Hotel was cozy and comfortable. The private bathroom was clean and had a refreshing shower. The air conditioning made our stay cool, and the flat-screen TV was great for relaxing in the evenings. Having a fridge was convenient for storing drinks and snacks. We loved the additional feature of a balcony, as it provided a lovely view and a spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the electric kettle in our room. But hey, that's just my taste!

This boutique hotel is located in a quiet residential area, close to good restaurants and just a short walk away from the underground. The hotel offers exceptionally clean rooms with good amenities, including a nice balcony and a well-maintained bathroom. The service is prompt and the continental breakfast is delivered to your room each morning. The friendly host goes above and beyond, offering to drive guests to the train station if needed. The neighborhood has a safe and suburban feel, making it a great choice for a peaceful stay.
The hotel lacks a reception desk, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

I recently stayed at a Boutique B&B in Rome for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Francesco, made us feel welcomed and were always there to assist us. The hotel itself was very clean, with new furnishings and a spacious room. The breakfast provided was also amazing. The location was great, close to the Vatican and many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back in the future!
